About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Client Manager to join our team at Reseco Insurance Advisors, LLC. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strategic solutions to our clients and working closely with our team to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and work with your team to deliver strategic solutions to our clients.
  • Present to prospects the results of due diligence and forward strategies alongside the advisor.
  • Assist the service team to prepare all documents needed prior to the final renewal presentation.
  • Monitor and respond to client requests.
  • Develop, monitor, and complete stewardship based on agency revenue.
  • Cultivate and develop internal continuing education of Assistant CMs and Coordinators.
  • Identify and address all coverage concerns of carriers and clients.
  • Communicate with clients and client stakeholders for gathering all pertinent information needed for accurate renewal negotiations and pricing, collaborating with the Reseco Team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for review and finalization on the accuracy of renewal presentation documents.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in managing insurance clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and process-driven approach.
  • Ability to work with clients on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • CIC or CISR certification would be a great addition.

  • Compensation for the role is in the range of $50,000 - $80,000/annual.
