Client Services Manager for Insurance

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing insurance accounts and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. This role involves close collaboration with clients and the service team to provide effective and strategic solutions. The Client Services Manager will oversee client inquiries, create stewardship plans based on agency revenue, and work alongside internal teams to ensure precise renewal presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and implement strategic solutions for clients
- Support the preparation of documentation for renewal presentations
- Resolve coverage issues for both carriers and clients
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- Facilitate internal training for Assistant Client Managers and Coordinators
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in insurance client management
- Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
- Strong collaborative skills within a team setting
- CIC or CISR certification is advantageous
Compensation Package:
- Annual salary range: $50,000 - $80,000
