Overview:
IBTCI is seeking a motivated Intern for Global Project and Proposal Assistance. This part-time internship offers up to 28 hours of work per week.

The role is based in our office with a hybrid work model currently in place.

The ideal candidate should be prepared to begin work promptly.

Responsibilities:
Key Duties/Tasks include:
  • Conducting comprehensive research.
  • Providing support for proposals, including information requests and project research.
  • Assisting with project tasks such as transcribing meeting notes and formatting documents.
  • Recruiting and sourcing candidates.
  • Formatting resumes and creating personnel bios.
  • Preparing project descriptions and organizing files in both electronic and hard copy formats.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in another language preferred.

Education:
A minimum of 2 years of college education in fields such as International Affairs, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.

Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent writing, research, and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.

Working Environment:
The role is primarily office-based, with a hybrid work option available in the surrounding areas. This may be subject to change by the company.

Physical Requirements:

This position is predominantly sedentary, requiring the ability to communicate effectively and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.


Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not involve supervisory duties.

Travel:
International travel may be necessary, potentially including travel to sensitive or conflict-affected regions.

Work Authorization:
Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S.
