  • Draft proposals targeting Federal civilian agencies, with an emphasis on USDA
  • Engage in professional development through Shipley Training and relevant conferences
Required Qualifications:
  • Over 8 years of experience in Federal proposal writing
  • Proficiency in the Shipley Process and Agile SCRUM
  • Relevant certifications such as APMP, CSM, and PMP are advantageous
