KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts oversight on construction activities for designated projects.
  • Facilitates communication with clients regarding project updates, including participation in relevant meetings.
  • Assists in estimating probable construction costs for assigned tasks.
  • Analyzes various reports, maps, drawings, and other data to aid in project planning and design.
  • Prepares design calculations and material quantity assessments.
  • Contributes to the creation or revision of reports, funding proposals, specifications, plans, schedules, environmental studies, permits, and project designs.
  • Modifies design documents in collaboration with project team members.
  • Performs site visits to track project progress and fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Utilizes engineering software for design computations.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
  • Engages in ongoing education to maintain expertise in the field.
  • Able to operate effectively in both office and field environments.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or OpenRoads software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This position offers flexibility in location.
