We are looking for a Director of Preconstruction for our Charlotte office with experience in Industrial or Multifamily. Experience should be on projects valued from $100K - $80 million in both new construction and renovations. Job Details


  • 7+ years of experience
  • Well versed in Planswift of similar takeoff software
  • Experience with interpretation of drawings, scope narratives and civil/geotechnical reports
  • Working knowledge of RFI's, Submittals and other construction documents
  • Negotiate with Contractors and Suppliers
  • Experience in new construction in the South Florida Market
