Over the past 37 years, Rail Management Services has grown into one of the largest suppliers of intermodal ramp services in the United States handling over 8 million lifts per year. Today Pacific Rail Services, Pacific Trailer Repair Services, Rail Terminal Services, Terminal Switching Services and PRS Auto employ over 2,000 people devoted exclusively to this business. We provide trailer/container/chassis repairs and all intermodal administrative services including gate inspections, container yard management and switching services.

Summary/Objective:

The Automotive Admin is responsible for completing reports, customer reporting, yard inventory, answering phones, and all other duties assigned. It is expected that an applicant has excellent computer skills and knowledge of office software programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing reports and customer reporting
  • Managing yard inventory
  • Answering phones and providing administrative support
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test.
  • No GED or High School Diploma is required.
