Job Title: IT Account Manager

Fisher's Technology is seeking a highly skilled IT Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Sales Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, and respond to client requests within 24 hours or less.
  • Business Development and Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional services offered by Fisher's Technology, develop a technology roadmap to present products and services that keep clients current with technology trends and updates, and achieve sales targets through effective account management and upselling strategies.
  • Client Engagement Activities: Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and discuss progress, collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively, and provide clients with insights and recommendations to enhance their IT infrastructure.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential IT issues and work with the technical team to resolve them, ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels, and document and communicate client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required, minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, and previous experience in the IT industry preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach, self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive mindset, and highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
