We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to expand our presence in the Minneapolis market.
This role involves managing a territory across ID, WA, and OR, with a focus on growing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect within the assigned area to achieve sales goals and acquire new customers.
- Present company products to potential clients and provide expertise on packaging solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations at customer facilities as necessary.
- Quote and follow up with existing and potential customers to close projects.
- Maintain relationships with existing and acquired customer accounts.
- Participate in scheduled trade shows.
- Manage small inventory and records for reporting purposes.
- Keep track of business travel expenses for reporting.
- Attend training and sales meetings at the main office as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and familiarity with Sales Force CRM.
- Experience in industrial packaging equipment sales.
- Basic software knowledge for presentations.
- Effective interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing environment.
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 Base + uncapped commission ($110K OTE in the first year)
