**Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
**Job Description:**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC, you will administer medications under supervision, provide high-quality nursing care, and contribute to a safe therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications under supervision, excluding nursing assessments or admissions
- Provide high-quality nursing care, teaching, counseling, and collaborative planning
- Document patient information in a timely manner
- Practice within hospital policies and objectives
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, family members, and staff
- Evaluate and document patient response to medication regimen
- Participate in community meetings and group therapies
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing school
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships, age-specific growth, and behavior management
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced mental health environment
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Reports to Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, or Nursing Supervisor
