Job Title: Advanced Practice Nurse - Clinical Director
Company OverviewOI Infusion Services is a leading provider of infusion therapy services, partnering with physicians to deliver high-quality patient care in their offices.
Salary$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our infusion centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality assurance.
- Management of patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient treatment delivery.
- Collaboration with procurement teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Communication with intake teams to ensure authorized treatments.
- Review and analysis of monthly quality metrics.
- Audit of medical records to ensure compliance.
- Training and support of staff members.
- Establishment of relationships with local providers.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in infusion therapy.
- Master's degree and certification from a recognized Nurse Practitioner certifying body.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Medicare certification and DEA license required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods, with occasional bending and stooping.
- Manual dexterity for clinical requirements.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
