Salary & Benefits

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $43-$57 per hour, which is 25% higher than average. You'll also have access to:

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
  • Accountability for following and adhering to resident care plans
  • Tracking residents' physical and mental wellbeing and monitoring vital signs
  • Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history
  • Administering and verifying medications, monitoring their effects
  • Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
  • Assisting in creating a safe, comfortable facility environment
  • Maintaining stock levels of medical supplies
  • Participating in IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Aiding in the orientation and training of medical staff
Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as an LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • An H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • A minimum of six months of experience in an LPN or related role
