Job Overview

ORIGINS ORGANIC/Domaine Bousquet USA is seeking an experienced sales director to lead our national and regional chains off-premise sales efforts. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in wine and beverage sales, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience managing national and regional accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with customers and distributor partners to increase the presence of ORIGINS ORGANIC wines and Origins Organic imports portfolio in the East Coast and Midwest national and Regional chains. This role requires creating value for the chains and Origins organic by identifying gaps in the chains of Organic and healthy for you products and proposing a solution to our customers.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate new markets and increase sales revenue.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND DISTRIBUTOR PARTNERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in wine and beverage sales, with a focus on national and regional accounts.
  • Existing client relationships with several chains in the alcohol industry, particularly in the East Coast.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
