About the Role

Catholic Charities and Community Services is seeking a highly skilled Grant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new grant opportunities, developing and submitting grant proposals, and managing existing grants to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities and develop a comprehensive understanding of the grant landscape.
  • Develop and submit high-quality grant proposals that align with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Manage existing grants, ensuring timely reporting and compliance with grant requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with grantmakers, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with program managers and staff to gather information and develop grant proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the grant industry, including experience with state and federal grants.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
