Position Overview

As a Clinical Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the management and enhancement of nursing practices within our Cardiovascular Services department. This full-time position is designed for a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and oversight of clinical programs, providing guidance and resources to nursing staff regarding patient care and clinical standards.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of care plans and therapy programs, securing necessary resources and equipment as required.
  • Supervise and direct nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate necessary records as mandated.

Qualifications

Licensure and Certification:

  • Current BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire, recognized by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nursing is mandatory.

Educational Background:

  • Completion of a diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure at the time of hire.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of three years of experience in cardiovascular nursing is preferred.
