Position Title: Clinical Quality Coordinator for Nursing Programs

Department:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage clinical programs, providing guidance and resources to nursing staff regarding patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Create and document comprehensive care plans and therapy programs.
  • Ensure the implementation of therapy programs as outlined in care plans, securing necessary resources and equipment as required.
  • May oversee and direct nursing personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing is mandatory.
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing school or college is required at the time of hire.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing background is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:
  • Strong background in healthcare quality management is considered.
  • Experience in hematology/oncology is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in healthcare quality improvement is preferred.
