Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience

Role Overview: Director of Quantitative Research

In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and directing client engagements, ensuring the effective execution of project deliverables, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving account expansion.

Your extensive background in managing research projects will enable you to accurately assess client requirements, develop customized proposals, and guide your team in providing outstanding service. Your business insight will be crucial as you evaluate account growth, collaborate with the Commercial team, and partner with Consultancy to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members. Our emerging researchers are eager to advance, and your guidance will be vital in conducting performance evaluations, facilitating training, and supporting their career progression.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated history of managing intricate quantitative primary research in the pharmaceutical sector, with a solid grasp of various therapeutic areas.
  • Quantitative Expertise: Extensive experience in steering projects from initiation to completion, with the ability to interpret complex data to derive insights and formulate recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Proven success in managing and cultivating a team of research professionals.
  • Client Relations: Excellent communication and consultative abilities to establish and sustain long-term client partnerships.
  • Industry Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of the drug commercialization landscape and the pharmaceutical sector.
