Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Crescens is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative relief to executives, handling routine and average difficulty tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive's office and various stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and local and federal agencies.
  • Handle complaints and requests from legislators, citizens, and employees, as required.
  • Sign, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned clerical and other staff, making recommendations on personnel actions.
  • Prepare and assemble information for speeches, staff meetings, and other purposes.
  • Make travel arrangements, keep expense accounts, and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
