Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at the Stone Bridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Residents with Daily Living Activities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Monitor and Record Vital Signs: Monitor and record residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Provide Emotional Support and Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations and activities that promote their well-being.
  • Assist with Mobility and Transfers: Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Team: Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans, ensuring residents receive comprehensive and individualized care.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid State Certification: Possess a valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Connecticut.
  • Compassionate and Empathetic Nature: Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to work with residents who require varying levels of care.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
