Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, including order verification, confirmation, and coordination of delivery dates
  • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate transports to our customers
  • Manage customs and freight declarations
  • Create new customer accounts and maintain master data

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Commercial education or comparable qualification
  • Experience in sales/logistics in a manufacturing company is desirable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Quality awareness and goal orientation
