Employee Order Coordinator

FusionWorks is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Employee to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring timely order processing in our ERP system.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, including order verification, confirmation, and coordination of delivery dates
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate transports to our customers
- Manage customs and freight declarations
- Create new customer accounts and maintain master data
Your Ideal Profile:
- Commercial education or comparable qualification
- Experience in sales/logistics in a manufacturing company is desirable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Quality awareness and goal orientation
