About the Role

Univision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Log Coordinator to join our Traffic Operations Center in Newfield, NJ.

This is an entry-level position in the exciting world of broadcasting, where you will have a direct impact on all on-air elements. As a Log Coordinator, you will interact daily with various Sales, Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Engineering Departments across the country.

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited about an opportunity to make a difference in an entry-level job. You will be responsible for completing multiple broadcast logs each day, working within assigned deadlines, and coordinating with sales teams and other departments.

You must be able to accurately decipher and implement written instructions, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have solid communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude, provide excellent customer service, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Complete multiple broadcast logs each day
  • Work within assigned deadlines
  • Coordinate with sales teams and other departments
  • Cross-train within the team
  • Provide third-level backup when the team is short-staffed
  • Assist in training co-workers in property-specific responsibilities
  • Work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable internet access with download speeds of at least 50 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps
