Key Responsibilities:

As an Improvement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our innovation efforts, spearheading initiatives for process and technology enhancements within your area of expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading teams to assess potential improvements from a curated opportunity list for implementation.
  • Collaborating with technology experts to gather necessary data for defining project scopes.
  • Working alongside a diverse group of dedicated professionals to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility and enhance modern living.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of process technology and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and defining project scopes.
  • Ability to partner with various experts to formulate project plans that align with business goals.
  • Proficient in analyzing production data to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Commitment to process safety and collaboration with operations to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
  • Accountability for the technical integrity and operability of supported units.
  • Effective communication and coordination between project teams and operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or chemical.
  • Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in leveraging technology for process optimization.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
