Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently collect, categorize, and distribute mail, including the management of overnight courier deliveries and document preparation tasks such as copying and scanning.
  • Ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of emergency protocols and disaster recovery plans.
  • Perform janitorial duties to uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all locations, including maintaining outdoor areas and ensuring the functionality of security systems.
  • Prepare conference rooms and event spaces as required.
  • Support the Facilities Supervisor in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with U.S. postal regulations is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and janitorial practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in PC-based software applications, including Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • A valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance are mandatory.
  • Experience with various office equipment and tools is preferred.
