Vaccine Program Manager

Job Summary
Avance Care is seeking a skilled Vaccine Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversight of the vaccine program for the enterprise. The successful candidate will work closely with the Medical Department, Operations, and practice teams to develop and implement vaccine training programs, lead vaccine new hire orientation, and validate vaccine administration competencies of clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate vaccine training programs for clinical staff
- Lead vaccine new hire orientation and onboarding training
- Validate vaccine administration competencies of clinical staff
- Provide leadership and oversight for vaccine inventory processes
- Serve as a backup for vaccine support for administrative questions
- Provide oversight of the Vaccine for Children Program
- Perform administrative and clinical duties as requested by providers
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Registered Nursing License (RN) required
- Medication, Vaccination, and Clinical Competencies and Knowledge required
