Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS, to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, training paraprofessionals and RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
  • Supervise and manage staff efforts to address behavioral excesses and deficits, building functional skill repertoires.
  • Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers, adapting procedures to meet cultural diversity needs.
  • Manage electronic data on client progress using Rethink, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with ability to work effectively in a treatment team.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
