At Bright Achievements, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in providing exceptional ABA services to clients across New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS, to inform treatment plans.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, training paraprofessionals and RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
- Supervise and manage staff efforts to address behavioral excesses and deficits, building functional skill repertoires.
- Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers, adapting procedures to meet cultural diversity needs.
- Manage electronic data on client progress using Rethink, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with ability to work effectively in a treatment team.
- 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
