Job Title: Compliance Program Manager

FastMed seeks a highly skilled Compliance Program Manager to administer and refine its strategic compliance programs, policies, and procedures. This role will be responsible for managing compliance incidents, ensuring operational compliance in areas of privacy and healthcare fraud and abuse, and collaborating with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures
  • Manage compliance hotline and software platform
  • Perform internal audits and review regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate site visits by auditors and regulators
  • Participate in internal compliance committee activities
  • Investigate reports of misconduct and policy violations
  • Develop and deliver compliance training content for staff
  • Monitor changes in the healthcare industry relating to compliance and enforcement
  • Assist in due diligence activities of potential business ventures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in legal/paralegal, healthcare, risk management, or other compatible field
  • Minimum of five years of progressive career development in healthcare compliance, with an emphasis or focus in privacy
  • Relevant certification in healthcare compliance or privacy (CHC, CIPP, CHPC, etc.) or completion of a relevant graduate certification program a plus
