AP Manager

.

Description:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and monitor payment schedules and cash flow

Prepare monthly reports on AP activities, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts

Supervise and train AP staff

Manage discrepancies and resolve any issues with invoices and payments

Maintain strong relationships with vendors

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred

5 years in AP including 3 years as a Supervisor leading a team

Real Estate, Property Management and Construction industry experience preferred

Yardi software preferred

Pay Details:

$90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
