Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our professional staff and insurance representatives via phone and email.
  • Run and utilize computer reports to track authorization status and provide updates to management.
  • Obtain and track authorization for all patients requiring pre-authorization.
  • Clearly document all authorization requests and communicate with multiple disciplines.
  • Notify Supervisor of problems in a timely manner and work to provide solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills.
  • Experience in dealing with insurance companies.
