Role: Prior Authorization Specialist
Contract Type: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire (Onsite)
Location: Louisville, KY
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Proficient in computer skills, with a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and 95% accuracy.
- Minimum of one year experience in patient access is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- At least two years of direct experience in Prior Authorization, specifically in imaging and surgical procedures.

- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate processes and achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyze issues and identify suitable solutions.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion.
- Embrace responsibilities and challenges with a proactive attitude.

- Deconstruct problems or tasks, leveraging prior knowledge to assess causes and consequences.
