- Conduct clinical screening processes, ensuring accurate and efficient decision-making.
- Authorize initial sets of sessions to providers, promoting timely access to care.
- Check benefits for facility-based treatment, ensuring compliance with plan guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships, coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call-center experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
- Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Medical terminology training and experience in the medical or insurance field
- FHPS experience
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
