Job Title: Adobe Tag Management Engineer

As a key member of our analytics, tracking, and insights delivery function, you will play a crucial role in proactively anticipating and predicting customer and prospect behaviors. Using data and research-driven insights, you will fuel strategic growth for our Customer Experience division.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop Tagging Requirements Documentation: Create detailed documentation outlining tagging requirements for Adobe Analytics across various sites and digital assets.
  • Execute Technical Implementation: Implement and validate Adobe tracking and pixel tags, ensuring proper technical configuration in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management systems.
  • Validate and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve tagging and tracking issues, communicating status and next steps with stakeholders via JIRA.
  • Maintain Tagging Documentation: Update tagging documentation and manage technical requirements via JIRA.
  • Collaborate with Digital Analytics Team: Work with the Digital Analytics team to provide tracking solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Adobe Launch: 2+ years of experience with Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management systems in web and mobile app environments.
  • Adobe Analytics Implementation: Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation required, with reporting skills a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in managing Adobe Analytics tagging and configuring Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management systems, with a strong understanding of data layers, tagging, variables, and custom metric setup.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
