Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop sales strategies to capitalize on these insights.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 6+ years of sales, retention, or service experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of technology or telecommunications sales experience, field sales experience, and knowledge of local telecom market and local contacts.
