Branch Manager Foothills Orange County District

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Foothills Orange County District team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, financial services, or branch network management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role. They will be able to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal partners, and within the community. They will be able to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology and share the value of digital banking.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business.
- Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business.
- Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.
- Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships to deliver a customer-centric experience.
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- 4+ years of banking, financial services, or branch network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
- Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months, depending on location.
