As a Senior Mobile Product Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the development and success of BitLife. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to create outstanding user experiences and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for BitLife, focusing on user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Oversee product reviews to monitor game performance, analyze feature effectiveness, and manage the prioritized backlog.
  • Create clear and actionable product specifications, effectively communicating ideas for implementation.
  • Assess features and enhancements based on data analysis, player feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with game designers, UX/UI specialists, QA, and engineers to conceptualize and implement new features and improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of gameplay changes on player behavior and monetization.
  • Analyze key metrics and user data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives that enhance growth and player satisfaction.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach by understanding player behavior and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to foster continuous innovation and product improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management or a similar role within the free-to-play mobile gaming sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and familiarity with app store ecosystems.
  • Proven track record in driving product strategy and delivering successful mobile applications.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Google Data Studio, and Looker.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for collaboration across teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences.
