Creative Director

At MJH Life Sciences, we're seeking a highly skilled Copy Supervisor to lead our creative team in developing innovative concepts and executing projects from conception to completion. This role requires a proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with account management.

• Direct and review all work produced by junior writers, copywriters, and senior copywriters assigned to the brand(s).
• Ensure all copy meets the standards set by the agency and the client.
• Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
• Estimate copy hours, participate in client meetings and presentations, and attend market research as appropriate.
• Delegate to and supervise the work of staff and freelance copywriters assigned to the brand(s).
• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the copy team, ensuring everyone is busy and billable.

• 5-10 years' agency experience.
• BA or BS degree.
• A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with account management.
