Position Overview:
- Oversees daily operations within the Telemetry Department during night shifts.
- Effectively manages human resources at the unit level.
- Addresses and resolves patient complaints in a timely manner.
- Adapts to fluctuating workloads, especially during critical situations.
- Guides staff in comprehending administrative choices.
- Direct telemetry personnel in providing care for patients undergoing cardiology interventions.
- Oversee patient care protocols and telemetry-related activities.
- Ensure that staff possess the required competencies and certifications.
- Engage in the development and training of team members.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and quality of care.
- Contribute to strategic planning within the department and organization.
- Utilize performance data to drive continuous quality enhancements.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve improved patient outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Possession of an active California RN License.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience.
- Proven leadership capabilities and clinical expertise.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS Certifications.
- Previous experience in a management role is preferred.
$81.91 per hour, with individual compensation determined by qualifications and experience.
