Job Title: Clinical Manager Med Surg ICU Full Time Nights

Job Summary:

Desert Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our ICU team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ICU department, managing human resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ICU department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the ICU team, including mentoring and coaching staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, including monitoring patient outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other hospital departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices in ICU care.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Clinical Manager or Charge RN in an ICU setting.
  • Current California RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Current American Heart Association PALS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Previous management experience in a hospital setting.
  • Completion of TCAR class.

Pay Range: $81.91 hourly

Shift: 12 Hrs. Full Time

Days Off:
