This is a full-time position, with an estimated 70% of the work conducted in the office and 30% in the field. A minimum of 4 years of RN experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The Patient Care Manager - Hospice collaborates with the Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations to oversee all patient care activities, ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient care that meets established nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and payer criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with hospice policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing the practice of the assigned team.
  • Promote and direct the assigned team in maintaining high-quality care and patient safety.
  • Engage in effective problem resolution and investigate complaints.
  • Provide training sessions for staff to enhance patient health and safety, familiarize them with regulatory issues, and address identified educational needs.
Qualifications

License Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice with at least one year of clinical experience.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit.
