Position Summary:

Drive business growth through consultative sales, focusing on discovering customer needs and providing tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create timely follow-up campaigns and advance sales opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned territories and leverage value-added solutions to position GBS Corp's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and the relevance of GBS Corp's offerings.
  • Effectively manage time and resources to meet sales objectives and close new business opportunities.
  • Work with senior sales teams to leverage sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology for presentations, business software, project management, and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Two years of sales experience.


Physical Demands:
