Position Summary:
Drive business growth through consultative sales, focusing on discovering customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted prospect lists.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create timely follow-up campaigns and advance sales opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.
- Develop sales strategies for assigned territories and leverage value-added solutions to position GBS Corp's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and the relevance of GBS Corp's offerings.
- Effectively manage time and resources to meet sales objectives and close new business opportunities.
- Work with senior sales teams to leverage sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business processes and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for presentations, business software, project management, and communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Two years of sales experience.
Physical Demands:
