Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist

Momentum PTN is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team in the Torrance and Long Beach clinics. As a Speech Language Pathologist - CF, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality services to children and their families, while also developing a rewarding career in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Collaboration: Identify different communication styles to develop effective relationships with staff, parents, teachers, and community partners.
- Treatment and Documentation: Provide treatment appropriate to the needs of children and their families, and maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree and progress reports.
- Liaison and Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between funders, schools, families, and the leadership team to proactively identify areas of concern and maintain strong relationships with the community.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other service providers, including therapists and classroom teachers, to ensure comprehensive care for children.
- Education and Licensure: Master of Arts or Science degree from an ASHA-approved school of Speech Therapy, and eligibility for Speech Language Pathologist - RPE license.
- Experience and Skills: Previous clinical experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Physical Demands: Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
