is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional, compassionate, and professional services to children and their families.

As a Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (CF), you will have the unique chance to cultivate a fulfilling career in healthcare while fostering meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess various communication styles to enhance effective interactions with staff, parents, educators, and community partners.
- Provide tailored treatment that meets the specific needs of children and their families.
- Monitor and manage upcoming reports required by funding sources.
- Serve as a liaison between funding entities (school teams, families, etc.) and leadership to proactively address concerns and strengthen community ties.
- Ensure timely clinic documentation, including daily notes and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other service providers, including therapists and educators, as appropriate.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Therapy from an ASHA accredited institution; required.
- Eligibility for Speech Language Pathologist - RPE license; required.
- Previous clinical experience is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English to fulfill essential duties; required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Patience and understanding to effectively engage with individuals and their needs.
- Professional and cooperative communication with colleagues.

Requirements:
- Successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment screenings, including background checks and health assessments.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as running, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
