Job Summary:

Apex Multifamily Builders LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Sales Executive to lead our commercial and multifamily sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads in commercial and multifamily sectors through industry networking events, referrals, online platforms, and targeted outreach campaigns.
Establish partnerships with complementary businesses and network strategically to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
Analyze historical property data and future market projections to offer creative solutions that address both aesthetic and functional needs.
Negotiate and secure sales contracts, guiding clients through the contract process and ensuring all terms are clear and mutually beneficial.
Liaise with project managers and design teams to facilitate initial meetings, translate client requirements into actionable project specifications, and communicate market intelligence to inform pricing decisions.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily and commercial renovations.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily renovations and commercial.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Availability to travel as needed.
