About the Role

As a Customer Specialist, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for creating authentic connections with customers, sharing your knowledge of our products, and upholding our brand standards. You'll Bring to the Role
  • Prior retail experience or customer-focused experience.
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people.
  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
