Job Title: Customer Delivery Specialist - BMW

Yark Automotive, a leading dealership group in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Specialist to join our team at BMW of Toledo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and conduct needs assessments to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
  • Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.
  • Research and verify vehicle availability, including optional equipment, to ensure accurate delivery and registration.
  • Inspect inventory, complete paperwork, and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles, familiarize customers with their new vehicles, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training sessions and department meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • One year of related experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles.
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Mathematical skills, including basic arithmetic operations, to accurately process transactions.
