Job Role

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including:

  • Administering compensation and benefit plans
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conducting employee onboarding and organizing training and development initiatives
  • Providing support to employees on HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation
  • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertaking tasks around performance management
  • Gathering and analyzing data on HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team-building activities
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years of proven experience in the Human Resources field
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
