Position Overview

:

The Systems Support Manager II is tasked with leveraging analytical skills, operational expertise, and sound judgment to foresee challenges and deliver solutions that surpass the operational expectations and business requirements of our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily configuration processes within the Business Solutions division of Health Plan Services.
  • Evaluating business needs and objectives to ascertain the most effective configuration for supporting health plan operations.
  • Coordinating and managing all configuration-related tasks to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Guaranteeing that service levels align with the standards agreed upon with business stakeholders.
  • Conducting comprehensive gap analyses to identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities.
  • Serving as the subject-matter expert for business-related implementation projects, including data conversion and interface development.
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring, and assessing the performance of team members.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 7 years of technical and/or systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
