Role Summary: As the Executive Director, you will lead and manage department coordinators, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass financial oversight, achieving occupancy targets, nurturing a positive workplace culture, and ensuring our residents flourish in a nurturing and engaging setting. Collaborating closely with your team, you will support residents through our Four Pillars: Physical Wellness, Cognitive Engagement, Culinary Experience, and Social/Spiritual Enrichment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budget management to ensure financial success.
- Strive for full occupancy and maintain a waitlist.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prioritize the needs of residents and their families.
- Lead recruitment efforts and establish expectations for managers and staff.
- Cultivate a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in senior living, long-term care, home health, or similar healthcare environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with older adults.
- Able to collaborate effectively with a team, providing empathy and support to residents, families, and staff.
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with electronic devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
