Position Overview
:The Senior Systems Support Manager is tasked with leveraging analytical skills, operational oversight, and strategic judgment to foresee challenges and deliver solutions that surpass customer operational expectations and business requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily configuration tasks within the Business Solutions division of Health Plan Services.
- Evaluating business needs and objectives to identify the most effective configuration of requirements that facilitate health plan operations.
- Coordinating and managing all configuration-related tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Guaranteeing that service levels align with established standards in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Conducting comprehensive gap analyses to identify discrepancies between business needs and system capabilities.
- Serving as the business subject-matter expert for various implementation projects, including data conversion and interface development.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and assessing the performance of team members.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering, along with a minimum of 7 years of technical and/or systems experience; or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $101,000 and $126,500. This range is based on various legitimate, non-discriminatory factors established by the company.
