The Sales Director will stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and positioning. This role will also drive continuous improvement within the sales organization, including implementing best practices, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The Sales Director will provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasts to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on selling to software engineering audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Compensation:
- On-target Earnings: $120K-$300K
