OBJECTIVE:

The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients by offering the appropriate tools, equipment, and guidance to help them meet their objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the sale and rental of tools and equipment, providing pricing details and product application insights, while informing customers about ongoing promotions.
  • Process telephone orders, supply delivery information, manage special requests, will calls, non-stock items, and returns.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the sales area, organize displays, and restock items as necessary.
  • Manage back orders and warranty claims, and oversee shipping orders.
  • Participate in sales meetings and company-sponsored training sessions.
  • Comply with all safety regulations related to government, company, and equipment standards.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:
  • Experience in selling construction tools and equipment.
  • Rental experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using job support tools such as computers, telephones, faxes, emails, and voicemail.
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong reading and comprehension skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
